We look forward to seeing our guests again soon and providing the unmatched hospitality and entertainment you have come to expect. Our Responsible Hospitality program outlines enhanced cleaning and safety protocols we are implementing across every casino. 

Screening Procedures

Upon arrival, remember to follow the directional signage to one of our drive through noninvasive temperature screening stations.

Casino Operations

Our casinos will continue to offer guests the excitement and entertainment they have come to expect. We are making significant changes to ensure that our team and our guests are safer while in the casino.

Remember to wear your mask!

In order to keep everyone safe, it is required that all guests, as well as team members, wear a mask. We suggest that guests bring their own masks, which should cover the nose and mouth, but not the entire face or head.

Hotel Operations

Upon reopening, our hotels will limit occupancy. Each room will be deep cleaned for your safety and we will provide a complimentary welcome package upon check-in equipped with a mask, gloves and disinfecting wipes.

Food & Beverage Offerings

We are adding additional protocols to support food & beverage operations. Venues will have reduced seating capacity and groups sizes will be limited.

Entertainment

For now, limited, live entertainment will continue without dancing and seating will be reduced.
