Our commitment and responsibility towards our guests has never been stronger. We are continuously monitoring the coronavirus pandemic and have activated new measures to help keep our guests and employees safe. These measures include:
• Reduced hotel occupancy rate to assist with distancing
• Extensive cleaning between guests
• Team Members will be required to wear masks at all times
• No more than four (4) guests may ride in the same elevator cabin at one time (exceptions will be made for minor children who are staying in the same room)
• All room deliveries (toiletries, pillows, mail, etc.) will be placed outside the guest room door on a bell cart or sanitized tray for retrieval by the guest
- Team members will knock on the door, then step six (6) feet away until the guest retrieves the item off the tray. Team member then returns the tray or cart to the appropriate area for sanitization
• Business Centers
- Business Centers will be locked but available upon request; business centers will only accommodate one (1) guest at a time
- Business Centers will be cleaned and sanitized after each use
• Valet Operations are temporarily suspended
• Bell services will only be available upon request
- Guest luggage or other deliveries will be placed outside the guest’s room door for the guest’s retrieval (bell team members are not permitted to enter an occupied guest room until further notice)
- Bell carts will be sanitized before and after each use by bell team members
