HOTEL POLICIES
Check-in time is 4:30PM. A valid credit card and current government issued ID is required at check-in. Pre-paid cards will not be accepted. Outside alcohol is prohibited. All coolers and ice chests are subject to inspection prior to check-in.
All reservations require a credit card guarantee due at the time of booking. The cardholder must be present at check-in with a valid government-issued identification. Must be 21+ to check-in.
Primary guests listed on the reservation must be 21 years of age and must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Access to the gaming floor is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. Additionally, children under the age of 14 may not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.
Rates quoted are subject to a 6% tribal transaction fee. Fees and taxes do not apply to complimentary offers.
Must cancel reservation by 4:00 pm 14-hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night's room and tax. Failure to check-in on the designated arrival date is considered a "No Show." The room will be held until 8:00a.m. the day following the arrival date. All subsequent nights will be cancelled. Reservations including a complimentary offer will be held until 8:00pm on the day of arrival.
Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Offer only valid during the times indicated on the calendar and subject to room availability. Must present a Status+ Loyalty Card, a valid credit card and a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Management reserves all rights.
Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland has accessible rooms available. These rooms are designed for our guests who require accommodations that meet standards of compliance with local regulations.
Self-parking is available throughout the property, including a 3-floor parking garage. Valet is not available at this time.
Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland rooms are 100% smoke-free. There are smoking areas available throughout the gaming floor for guests’ convenience. Smoking in the hotel room is prohibited, and any evidence of smoking will forfeit any deposit made and guests will be subject to the do not rent list.
Outside Alcohol is prohibited. All coolers and ice chests are subject to inspection prior to entering the building.
No deposit is required; However, a credit card is required at check-in for incidentals. The card will be pre-authorized for $50 per stay. The room deposit hold will be placed on the credit card during the guest's stay, restricting access to those funds for up to 7 days. Regardless of billing or master account arrangements, the guest is liable for any and all charges posted to the room(s). Guest is further liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by the room occupants or guests/invitees during the stay. The hotel may inspect the room for damages and cleanliness before releasing the hold on the debit/credit card on file or charging for any outstanding balances. The registered guest is responsible for any damages to the room and its contents caused by the guest or any party accompanying them in the room (such as children, friends, acquaintances, or family members). This includes but is not limited to any damage caused by smoking, pets, or excessive use of any equipment or amenities available int he room. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any contents left in a guest room or vehicle.
We aim to deliver an excellent experience to every guest. All individuals on property are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct. Public intoxication or disruptive behavior—including harassment, offensive language, fighting, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by management—will result in removal from the property. Refunds or credits may not be issued, and additional charges may apply for any expenses caused by the disruption.
Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland'S Gym and/or Pool are unsupervised and use of such is at the guests' own risk. Hote Management shall not be held liable for personal injury, death, or property loss/damage.
Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland does not allow pets. Service animals are allowed.
