- Membership is free.
- Valid, government-issued photo identification is required to become a loyalty member and to be eligible to receive program benefits.
- Club members must be at least 21 years of age.
- Only individual persons are eligible for loyalty program membership. Corporations or other entities are not eligible to become Loyalty members or to accrue loyalty points.
- Loyalty points can be accumulated and redeemed at any participating Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) casino property.
- Loyalty accounts and membership benefits are nontransferable under any circumstances, including death and divorce.
- Members may have up to three active cards at any time.
- Use of the One Star Rewards card to accrue points by anyone other than the cardholder will result in the forfeiture of the accrued points and may result in termination of membership. The benefits of the program are intended for the use of the person named on the account.
- Loyalty cards are the property of Cherokee Nation Entertainment and must be returned upon the request of CNE.
- CNE is not responsible for lost, stolen or mutilated cards, including rewards, cash and prize vouchers. CNE is also not responsible for any resulting misuse.
- It is the responsibility of the member to ensure his/her loyalty card is inserted properly in the machine when playing electronic games to accumulate points. No loyalty points will be credited to a member account due to the player neglecting to insert or improperly inserting the card in the machine.
- It is the club member’s responsibility to present their loyalty card when beginning table games or poker to ensure play is recorded to be eligible for rewards.
- Accrued points and rewards do not constitute the property of the member. This means that the accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to such points, rewards or program benefits.
- All point accruals are subject to review and verification.
- Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Loyalty card.
- Loyalty accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive, and all points will be expired.
- All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of CNE.
- All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc., for this program lie solely with CNE, whose decisions are final.
- CNE reserves the right to modify or cancel this program, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval. This includes loyalty program rules, promotion regulations, rewards and special offers at any time with or without notice.
- CNE reserves the right to revoke or deny membership if the individual has not complied with the program rules and/or has misused the loyalty card.
- CNE is not responsible for products or services provided by third parties.
- Loyalty rewards may not be combined with any other member’s loyalty rewards—may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, discount, or special offer unless specifically stated by CNE— and are void where prohibited by law.
- Loyalty rewards are only valid for designated dates, times, events, venues and properties.
- Immediate family members who reside in the same household as a CNE employee, who are supervisors and above, are not eligible for any promotions or drawings that involve an element of chance unless a base prize is available. See One Star Rewards® for full rules and details.
- Use of the Loyalty card indicates acceptance of the foregoing rules of the loyalty program.
- By joining the One Star Rewards®, members consent to receive marketing messages from One Star Rewards® and the participating properties.
