Promotional Rules
Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC (“CNE”), as owner and operator of the loyalty rewards club called One Star Rewards®, offers CNE patrons an opportunity to join the club. Through enrolling in the club, CNE patrons agree to (1) provide personal information to CNE for the purpose of enrolling them in the rewards club and making them eligible to participate in other offers made available by CNE; (2) receive marketing messages (text or email) from CNE; and (3) acknowledge and accept the terms of the Cherokee Nation Entertainment Privacy Statement (“Statement”) located at cherokeecasino.com/privacy-statement. A copy of the Statement may be requested from Player Services. As a One Star Rewards member, patrons may participate in One Star Rewards Promotions and the following rules apply to those promotions. One Star Rewards members in good standing agree to the following if participating in a One Star Rewards promotion:
- Must be 21 years of age or older to participate at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and all Cherokee Casinos.
- Must have a Loyalty Program Card and valid, government issued photo ID to claim prize. Valid, government issued photo IDs include and of the following: valid Driver’s License, valid State ID, valid Passport, Permanent Resident card (Green card), United States Visas, Tribal Identification cards with photos.
- Offers and prizes are non-transferable and non-duplicative
- Offers must be redeemed during the specified promotion period
- Limit one offer per guest per promotion period
- All decisions made by CNE management are final and binding
- CNE is not responsible for lost or stolen offers
- CNE management reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time and without notification

- By participating, members allow CNE the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation
- By providing an email address and/or phone number, members authorize CNE to contact them with offers and information
- Employees of CNE and its entities as well as employees of CNB, whose job duties require a gaming license, are not eligible for any marketing programs, promotions, or drawings. Vendors of CNE are not eligible to win promotions while actively working on the gaming floor or with the public on behalf of CNE. This includes, but is not limited to: Band members/staff, Showgirls, Announcers, etc. Marketing programs are ongoing direct marketed offers which are given based on specified criteria. These programs do not include an element of chance; if a guest meets the criteria specified for the program, they receive the associated offer. Promotions involve offers which are not entirely based on play. They often involve some element of chance, such as a drawing.
- Immediate family member: Any family member who resides in the same household of an employee who is a supervisor or above in a department listed in “OP006 Employee Family Member Gaming & Promotions”, is not eligible for promotions or drawings which involve an element of chance unless a base prize is available; in which case they are eligible to receive the base prize only. Base Prizes are the minimum prize amount/offer given for tiered promotional offers in which every eligible guest receives at least the base prize; for some promotions this may include banquet services
- Immediate family members are eligible for marketing programs in which they receive rewards/prizes that are based on play or are available to all Rewards members.
- An immediate family member includes a spouse, child or adopted child, step-child, child by legal guardianship, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, siblings (brothers, sisters, step-brothers, step-sisters), parents (including step-parents, mothers-in-law, and fathers-in-law), grandparents, step-grandparents, grandchildren, and step-grandchildren. This also includes co-habitation or romantic relationships (significant others or dating relationships).
- If Rewards Play is activated on a gaming machine at the time of expiration, the member may continue to use the Rewards Play on that machine. Once the card is removed and the Rewards Play is deactivated, the expired amount will no longer be available.
- Participating members are responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes, licenses, registration, and/or other fees, and complying with any applicable requirements of federal, state, or local laws.
