Check-in time is 4:00PM. A valid credit card and current government issued ID is required at check-in. Pre-paid cards will not be accepted. Outside alcohol is prohibited. All coolers and ice chests are subject to inspection prior to check-in.
Self-parking is available throughout the property. Valet is not available at this time.
Primary guests listed on the reservation must be 21 years of age and must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Access to the gaming floor is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. Additionally, children under the age of 14 may not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.
Cherokee Casino & Hotel West Siloam Springs's rooms are 100% smoke-free. There are smoking areas available throughout the gaming floor for guests’ convenience. Smoking in the hotel room is prohibited and any evidence of smoking will forfeit any deposit made and guests will be subject to the do not rent list.
A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals. The card will be pre-authorized for $50 per stay. The room deposit hold will be placed on the credit card during the guest's stay, restricting access to those funds for up to 7 days. Regardless of billing or master account arrangements, the guest is liable for any and all charges posted to the room(s). Guest is further liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by the room occupants or guests/invitees during the stay.

Public intoxication or disruptive behavior—including harassment, offensive language, fighting, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by management—will result in removal from the property. Refunds or credits may not be issued, and additional charges may apply for any expenses caused by the disruption.
