ROLAND, Okla. (August 10c, 2026) — Carrying on the legacy of the legendary Merle Haggard, sons Ben and Noel Haggard are bringing a collection of family music to the stage at Lee Creek Tavern inside Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland on Friday, Aug. 28, at 8 p.m.
Country music runs deep for Ben and Noel. The brothers grew up surrounded by their father’s music that helped shape the genre and have gone on to establish their own careers as singers, songwriters and performers.
At the age of 15, Ben joined Merle’s band, The Strangers, as lead guitarist and continued to tour and perform with his father until he passed in 2016. Noel built a successful solo career, including the Atlantic Records release “One Lifetime,” before returning to tour with his father.
Following Merle's passing, Ben and Noel came together to carry on his musical legacy while continuing to build their own careers. Alongside their original music, they continue to proudly honor Merle by sharing the songs, stories and unmistakable Bakersfield Sound that continue to inspire generations of fans.
The show is free to those 21 and older.
